Account and data deletion

This is a courtesy translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding text.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, from the app or on request. Here is how, and what gets deleted.

1. How to delete your account from the app

1. Open DAWT and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

2. How to request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, write to info@dawtmilano.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "DAWT account deletion". We will verify your identity and delete the account and data within 30 days.

3. Which data is deleted

When you delete your account, we erase from our servers:

• your sign-in credential (email, authentication);
• name and profile data (sex, age, height, weight, experience);
• workout plans, sessions, sets, loads, measurements and goals;
• health notes and medical-report excerpts;
• the push notification token and the usage logs attributable to you;
• any associated subscription is cancelled.

4. Data that may be retained

Some technical backup copies may persist for a short period until automatic rotation, after which they are deleted. Data sent to the artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic) during use is retained by that provider for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. Any data required to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations on purchases) is retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
